In short: use the bot respectfully, follow Discord’s rules, don’t abuse the AI, and understand that the bot is free and may go offline.

Accepting these terms

By adding WonderFul Bot (“the bot”) to a server or using any of its commands or features, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please remove the bot and stop using it.

Who can use it

You must follow Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, including Discord’s minimum age requirement. Server owners and admins are responsible for how the bot is set up in their server.

What the bot does

The bot offers moderation tools, anti-nuke protection, automod, welcome messages, levels, tickets, giveaways, polls, reminders, fun commands, and an AI chat feature called Wonderful AI.

Rules for using it

• Don’t use the bot to harass, threaten, scam, or spam anyone.
• Don’t ask the AI for 18+ or sexual content, hate speech, hacking or malware help, weapons, self-harm instructions, or anything illegal. It will refuse, and repeated attempts can get you blocked.
• Don’t try to break, overload, exploit, or reverse-engineer the bot.
• Don’t use the bot to get around a server’s rules or a Discord ban.

Moderation actions

Features like kick, ban, mute, warn, automod, and anti-nuke act on the settings chosen by each server’s admins. Indran is not responsible for actions that admins or their configuration cause the bot to take.

About the AI

Wonderful AI replies automatically and can be wrong. Don’t rely on it for medical, legal, financial, or safety decisions. Its roasts are meant as playful humor, and anyone who doesn’t want banter can simply not talk to it. Its answers are generated by a third-party AI service.

Availability and changes

The bot is free and runs on free hosting, so there is no promise of uptime. Features may change, break, or be removed at any time without notice.

Blocking and removal

Indran may block any user or server from using the bot, at any time, if these terms are broken or if the bot is being misused.

No warranty and limited liability

The bot is provided “as is” without any warranty. To the extent the law allows, Indran is not liable for any loss, damage, or data issues that come from using or not being able to use the bot.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. Continuing to use the bot after an update means you accept the new version. The date at the top shows when it last changed.

Privacy Policy

In short: the bot stores only what its features need, doesn’t sell anything, and sends your message to an AI service only when you talk to Wonderful AI. You can delete your AI memory anytime.

What the bot stores

• Discord IDs of users, servers, channels, and roles, so features know who and where.
• Levels and XP, counted from your activity (it counts messages, it does not keep what they said).
• Moderation records such as warnings, with the reason and the moderator.
• Things you ask it to keep: reminders, AFK status, tickets, suggestions, giveaway entries, and polls.
• Server settings chosen by admins: welcome messages, auto-roles, automod words, autoresponders, and anti-nuke options.
• AI memory: a short note per user (up to about 800 characters) with facts you shared with Wonderful AI, like a nickname or interests.

What the bot does not store

The bot does not store the content of normal messages, direct messages, passwords, payment details, or anything sensitive. It is told not to save private details like phone numbers, addresses, health, or religion in AI memory.

How the AI uses your messages

Wonderful AI only reads a message when it starts with “Wonderful” or replies to one of the bot’s messages. That message, plus a few recent ones from the same chat, is sent to a third-party AI provider to write a reply. Recent chat history lives in the bot’s memory only and resets when the bot restarts. The long-term note is kept in the database until it’s deleted.

Why we use this data

Only to run the bot’s features: moderation, levels, reminders, tickets, giveaways, and personalized AI replies. Your data is not sold or used for advertising.

Who else handles data

To work, the bot relies on Discord, a database provider, a hosting provider, and an AI provider. Each of them handles data under its own policies.

Your choices

• Say Wonderful forget me to the bot to delete your AI memory right away.
• Message indrandied on Discord to ask for any other data about you to be deleted.
• Removing the bot from a server stops it from collecting new data there. Existing records can be deleted on request.

Retention

Data is kept while it’s useful to the bot’s features, or until you or a server admin asks for it to be removed.

Children

The bot is meant for people who are allowed to use Discord under Discord’s own age rules. It is not designed for children below that age.

Security

Data is kept in a protected database and access is limited to the bot owner. No online service can promise perfect security.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated. The date at the top shows the latest version.
